CAPTD is an AI-powered social media content generation platform operated as a sole trader business based in Ireland. By using this service you agree to these terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CAPTD. You are responsible for all content you upload or generate using this platform. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
CAPTD does not require signup, login, or an email address to use the Free Beta — an anonymous session is created automatically in your browser. This session is tied to your device and browser storage; if you clear your browser data or switch devices, you will not be able to recover your usage history or any remaining paid credits linked to that session, and we cannot restore it. If you provide an email address for a paid plan or support request, you are responsible for keeping access to that email address. You may not create multiple sessions or accounts to circumvent usage limits.
Paid plans are not yet available for purchase — CAPTD is currently in a free public beta, and we have not yet published launch pricing. When we do, prices will be shown in EUR on our Pricing page. Once paid plans go live, this section will describe the actual billing terms (billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, and refund policy) before any charge is possible, and we will notify existing users in advance. One-time Content Pack credits, once purchased, are valid for 6 months from purchase and are non-refundable once used. We reserve the right to change published pricing at any time before it becomes chargeable.
The Free Beta provides a limited number of Content Packs with significant restrictions (currently Instagram only, no batch upload, full access limited to the Snapshot workspace plus one free Video generation and one free Slideshow generation). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free Beta, or to change its limits, at any time with reasonable notice.
The Marketing workspace is a dedicated part of CAPTD that generates promotional, business-focused content (captions, hashtags, and a call-to-action line) based on the marketing profile details you provide, such as target audience, product or service, campaign goal, key message, call to action, offer, and brand tone. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any claims, offers, or pricing you enter, and for ensuring generated content complies with advertising standards and platform rules in your jurisdiction. During the current beta, the Marketing workspace is available to all users at no extra cost. Once paid plans launch it will be bundled free with Solo and Studio, and available as a paid add-on on Pro, as shown on our Pricing page.
The Slideshow workspace is a dedicated part of CAPTD that generates a caption for each individual slide in a multi-photo or multi-video slideshow post (up to 10 slides, with per-platform limits and photo/video restrictions — see our FAQ), alongside one overall caption for the post as a whole. You are responsible for reviewing every slide caption before publishing, including on platforms where per-slide captions are a newer feature and may not be available or may behave differently depending on the platform, your account type, and your region. During the current beta, the Slideshow workspace is available to all users at no extra cost. Once paid plans launch it will become bundled with eligible plans, as shown on our Pricing page.
The AI Photography Assistant is an optional set of tools, separate from Content Pack generation, for analysing your own photos. Four tools — Sharpness, Exposure and Colour analysis, and the Lens & Settings Recommender — run entirely in your browser and never send your photo anywhere; these stay free and unlimited on every plan. Three tools — Composition Analysis, Scene Recognition and Editing Suggestions — require you to confirm the consent notice shown on those tool pages before each analysis, which we record (see our Privacy Policy), then send your photo to Google Gemini for AI analysis. These three are limited to 30 combined analyses per month across all three. Photos uploaded for these three tools are deleted from our storage once the analysis completes and are not kept in your generation history. During the current beta, the AI Photography Assistant is available to all users at no extra cost. Once paid plans launch the three AI-vision tools will be bundled free with Pro, Solo and Studio, and available as a paid add-on on Creator, as shown on our Pricing page.
Content generated by CAPTD is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and creative purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing it on any platform. Generated content is licensed to you for personal and commercial use — you retain full ownership of content you create using this service.
The CAPTD name, logo, interface, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Content you upload remains your property at all times.
No paid plans are chargeable during the current beta, so there is nothing to cancel yet. Once subscriptions launch, you will be able to cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund for unused time within that period. If you ever believe you have been charged in error, contact us at captionflow.app@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, CAPTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at captionflow.app@gmail.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are an EU consumer you also retain the rights granted to you under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing users of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
